I HAVE REPORTED TO YOU THAT THE PROPERTY DOD NOT HAVE THE BOOKING REGISTERED. THE GUEST WAS REFUSED ACCESS AND HAD TO LOOK FOR ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION LATE IN THE NIGHT.

I don’t think I would stay at this apartment again, they were roaches, the only room in the apartment that had air conditioning was the bedroom, the bathroom again super humid, the bedroom door was half broken, and the toilet seat was also broken. Though the hostess was nice and communicative, it would’ve been nice to come to a much cleaner apartment, and given information that there were no towels, and that the only room in the apartment the air conditioning was the bedroom.
