"I had an amazing stay at the Intercontinental in Cartagena. The staff was great and always attentive. The room with an ocean view was absolutely stunning—waking up to that view was unforgettable. The food at the hotel is really good, with plenty of delicious options. A special thanks to Jesús, who works at the restaurant/bar—such a friendly and welcoming guy who made the experience even better. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Cartagena!"

"The hotel itself is excellent. My room was very clean and modern with decent space. I did not need the upgrade they asked about to a club room. The view of the sea was spectacular. The pool also has a terrific view and is very well maintained. My only complaint would be the lack of any shade. During the hot sunny days there is nowhere to escape to and some umbrellas are desperately needed. The staff at the pool bar are very friendly and provide excellent service. Special shout out to Kaitlyn and Daniel, who took such good care of me and all the guests at the pool bar. The breakfast buffet is a bit overpriced. I would’ve liked some more cold options. But again, the staff there were extremely friendly and professional. For dinner, the main restaurant is beautiful and has a good menu. Again the staff are friendly. Finally, the staff at the main reception were professional, friendly, and responsive."

It really became one of the highlights of my trip! The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. While the beach directly at the hotel wasn't the best, it's worth noting that there are plenty of beautiful beaches nearby that are easy to get to and definitely worth the visit. Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Cartagena for its excellent hospitality, incredible pool, and great location. Looking forward to coming back!"
