"The staff was very warm, welcoming and professional. The room and facilities are very nice, but we had a few issues with plumbing fixture in the bathroom and water pressure. Other than those issues, everything was excellent. Rooms were maintained well during visit. The hotel restaurants (Jardin and 1612) and bar onsite were excellent. Great stay overall and I do recommend."

"In my opinion, the best thing about this hotel is it’s location. It’s right in the walled city. Everything within the Wall city is in walking distance. It’s a 5 to 10 minute walk to the heart of Getsemaní. In five minutes you’re in front of him Clocktower and ready to go anywhere outside the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped arrange a trip to Baru, and made some good recommendations for dinner. There is a swimming pool inside that I did not use, but it looked good. breakfast every day was great with freshly cooked, scrambled eggs, fruit, and good coffee. That said it is in the heart of the wall city, and fortunately we were able to change our room from the street side to the backside because there’s a lot of noise from the disco across the street. "
