This was a lovely central Cartagena hotel. The living room is grand and the breakfast is delicious. The plunge pool was very welcome in the heat and the seating area on the roof was never crowded. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hotel’s location is excellent as you can walk anywhere and there are several excellent restaurants nearby. It’s in a very good condition, there’s an air conditioning and a separate ceiling fan. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff is very friendly. The old town can be pretty busy at all times, but our room 401 was very quiet.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the Walled City, close to attractions and restaurants. The room was lovely, the breakfast tasty. The hotel doesn't have an elevator but they carry your bags so that worked for us. Staff was helpful.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a restored colonial home in the heart of the walled city. The moment you arrive you are treated by the amazingly attentive staff to a lovely welcome drink. The public areas of the hotel are absolutely stunning. The breakfast is included and is delicious choice between American and Colombian breakfast along with fresh tropical fruit and freshly squeezed juices. Our room a smaller than we expected, especially the bathroom (there was no counter space for our toiletries). The view out the window was gorgeous. One suggestion I have for the hotel is put some music by the rooftop pool to improve the vibe.

The staff was wonderful. Very accommodating, helpful, and patient. We were traveling with a 6 month old and it could not have been better. We also decided last minute to add a extra day to our trip and they worked with us to make it happen.

Breakfast was Great. Service and flavor of the food was great. The main lobby was a little hot, a small mini split would help that. Room was impeccable and the shower was spacious enough for two.
