Good hotel, good location

Rooms look nice, rooftop pool is great, location is safe and convenient. Check-In quite late (15:00) and our room was ready til nearly 16:00. Other than that great place to stay and recommendable.

I had such an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff is really OUTSTANDING! They are extremely helpful, warm, respectful,.and welcoming. My room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was amazing! Great shower and jacuzzi. I will definitely stay with them again. Oh, and the breakfast was good!

Amazing stay

Had an AMAZING stay at this hotel! Walking distance from the beach, restaurants and many places. This hotel was very updated and clean, best part was the AC of the room and hallway along with the rooftop pool and bar.

Great location & great all around service.

I like the pool! The view from the pool is amazing, great sunset view. I booked a room without a view and that would change next time, not worth it but clean, good size! Close to the beach! Markets and restaurants are around as well! I booked it because of the pool! You can uber everywhere for a great price

We were treated like VIP guests by Joe or Jorge and front desk staff. They made our visit to Cartagena fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel and the restaurant offers great breakfast and menus. We took a sunset cruise and a City tour and we enjoyed it even though there was some hiccups to find out tour groups.

Lit in Cartagena!

My stay was amazing. Thanks so much for the upgrade. The room was incredible and the view was immaculate. Not to mention how helpful and attentive the staff was. I am definitely coming back to stay here. Hands down.

The hotel is nice but not "luxury". Single king bed room is very small. Bed was comfortable. No hot water, it was barely warm. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The free breakfast featured local foods and beverages which were very good. Rooftop Pool area was nice. Sitting area in front of building is very nice and always clean. Overall, it's nice but a little pricey.

I’d stay here again, staff was very friendly and efficient. We only had 1 issue and that was a dirty blanket. That resolved that with no problem. Besides the bar at the pool being overly priced we had a great stay and will return again.

Staff was great, rooftop pool and bar was a nice plus- beds were super comfy and couldn’t hear the people nextdoor which is always great. Breakfast was ok but we got there late- Anja(Anna?) was fantastic though and had the kitchen cook me up some eggs since the tray was empty.

It was a pleasant stay overall. The pool bar didn't have much there and there were some expensive fees I wasn't made aware of when I booked the hotel. It was very clean and the restaurant and pool were nice. I felt safe the whole stay.
