"Beautiful hotel although front rooms could be extremely noisy from the street action. Front desk staff was extremely slow on providing me my invoice, 2 hours of calling requesting it and I still have not received. I expected more from Four Seasons regarding pool bar staff. Rest of our stay was wonderful. Hotel Manager handled my issues with professionalism. "

"Clean rooms, amazing bed and pillows, great breakfast, delicious restaurant, a/c in rooms work great. They had construction going on early in the morning but once asked to stop they did & compensated us for the inconvenience. Can’t beat the location either! Overall my partner & I will be visiting again next time we come to visit the walled city! Thank you for having us Bastión"

"A very big positive factor for this property is the presence of an electronic safe in the room. A negative factor: sometimes there would be no water in the bathroom and shower in the late hours of the night."

"Our room had a very bad smell- when I asked to move to another room, they had non available. I was told that they will put some air fresheners in the room but that was not done. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom on the 2nd day! Breakfast was ok, same thing every day. The staff does not know English at all, only the people at the reception. Very slow service. The pool and location were the only 2 good things."

"The location of his hotel is convenient, especially if you’re going to do a boat ride. It is near many clubs/bars/rooftops, so if you’re looking for something quiet this may not be the place for you. We got lucky with a lower level room facing the square, so the sound was not as intense for us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast option is totally worth it, I liked the rotating local food options. Rooms are generally clean and housekeeping was great. There is wear and tear, mostly in the bathroom. The whole floor got soaked after every shower because the door had a gap under it and the water drained slowly. Noticed some mildew in the bathroom as well, but hard when you’re in such a humid place. AC in the room was great and provided a place to cool off and relax after walking around in the heat. Rooftop pool was awesome. Overall happy with our stay."
