Great boutique hotel. The rooftop deck is adorable and the fish tacos were some of the best I’ve ever had. The gal working at the front desk was super sweet and helpful. The room was comfy, artsy and the AC was extra cold! Would 100% book again.

I had a wonderful time from check in to check out! The location is central, safe for a solo traveler, clean and staff was friendly and attentive. The staff were always willing to help and were accommodating. All the food and drinks were absolutely delicious! And the rooftop view along with the pool options are the perfect way to end your night. I’d definitely recommend staying here, especially for the price. All the amenities work just fine (air conditioning, pools, daily housekeeping, etc.). The only con was that the water wasn’t hot enough.

The location is very convenient, lots of restaurants and entertainment near the hotel. Very special thanks to Mayra and the entire staff for their hospitality. The breakfast was really good in the rooftop. The plunge pool was very refreshing for Cartagena warm weather. The hotel also offered complementary boat transportation to their partner Blue Apple Beach Club in Tierra Bomba, highly recommended. My partner and I will definitely come back the next time we visit Cartagena.

An amazing view from the top matched the amazing comfort of the hotel. Breakfast at the top was the perfect start to our days in Cartegena. Great location and wonderful staff made each day fun. Happy with our chioce. Top of our list for columbia.

This hotel is in the middle of everything. A short walk to the famous clock tower, great restaurants, atms, cash exchange, grocery stores, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast options are good. I highly recommend.

This was probably one of the best places I have ever stayed. The staff was so amazing, kind and attentive. The rooms were perfect, clean and cherry. We had a balcony that overlooked the city and got to see and hear the city come alive at night. The rooftop restaurant has such good food and the views are breathtaking! They helped us get from the airport to the hotel and then from the hotel to the port. I want to go back to go back to Cartagena for another visit and when I do, I will definitely stay hear.

My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights and we had a very pleasant stay overall. I took off one star bc the elevator was out if service for our last two days and we had a strange incident with door knocking one night, where some one was knocking on our door but would not respond and this worried me. Otherwise , townhouse offered a superb experience! The breakfast on the roof is my favorite and the servers were warm and welcoming ! My favorite was the coffee and the arepa breakfast plate, I literally dream of having it again ! The concierge is extremely helpful, they helped us coordinate an excursion to islas del rosario through a trusted company and would respond promptly to any inquiries. They even provided us with breakfast to go and loaner towels for our excursion. We loved our stay in Cartagena and at Townhouse ! Thank you !

I had an amazing stay at Townhouse Cartagena! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. They even assisted me with planning activities and adding great recommendations to my itinerary, which made my trip even more enjoyable.
