This hotel is wonderful, with a great location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and very clean rooms. The only downside was the cold jacuzzi—it should definitely be warm. Also, Cartagena is a lively city, so if you’re looking for quiet nights, keep in mind that there are parties and music in the streets until late. I chose not to stay in the Historic Center, but it was still difficult to fall asleep early because of the noise. Other than that, everything was great. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The is place is beautiful. It’s located steps away from all the entertainment and restaurants in getsemani and walking distance to the wall city - colonial city. The staff is amazing and very attentive. Everyone treats you like VIP: I will definitely stay here again.

Nos gusto muchisimo el hotel , es muy tranquilo, limpio, con alberca y jacuzzi muy limpias tiene buena vista desde la terraza hacia el muelle, muralla y las distintas ciudades ; cuentan con personal muy amable desde que llegas , siempre al pendiente de lo que requeriamos , muy buena actitud, te dan tips para llegar a puntos de turismo, la ubicacion esta a 2 cuadras de la iglesia de la trinidad corazon de getsamani, caminando todo esta muy cerca . Es un excelente opcion para hospedarse al visitar cartagena
