Great location staff very attentive . I had to move to a different room because of the trafffic noise but was upgraded, there was a couple of times when there was no water but it was quickly resolved, the only big issue is that my room AC did not do an adequate job of keeping it cool each night I woke in a pool of sweat but overall I would stay again

I know the staff from OZ Luxury. Always treats me like family. This hotel is newer & better than the Luxury brand. But still the same friendly staff.

The staff at oz hotel were all so pleasant and friendly, I loved everything about my stay. The first room that we were staying was really small, they were very understanding to change our to a way bigger space. And the breakfast was Amazing every single morning. My friend and I also dined there and the food was all great and the prices were unbeatable compared to the others restaurants in the area

OZ Hotel staff is very pleasant and professional, anything that's needed at a drop off a dime they'll take care of it. When I am in Cartagena that's the only hotel I'll consider, they're like family.

Very convenient and clean. No pool but I believe they are building more onto this building. A bar is coming but not a bad choice to sleep and your. I felt safe.

Amazing staff, clean room, good location and one of the best all inclusive breakfasts I’ve had in my travels. Water doesn’t get hot in the shower but that’s ok, it’s so hot outside! Would definitely stay here again.
