"Simple, somewhat budget friendly hotel. Safe and clean! Great free breakfast, fantastic water pressure in the shower, and very friendly staff. If you are in the Cartago area this is a great choice."

"I stayed for just one night with my family (my wife and daughter), and the place met all my expectations for a mountain lodge. It was safe, quiet, and the staff were very helpful and kind."

"Nice hotel, good location right in the hart of downtown."

"The breakfast options were great and healthy. I was also able to access the gym any time I wanted. The staff was very hospitable and helpful."

"Neat as always, perfect location."

"Everything was excellent, but I would like to make a suggestion: breakfast should be buffet-style; the menu felt very limited, with only 4 options."

"Great place, well kept and located!!"

"Perfect location. Friendly staff"

"My preferred place to stay in San Jose (have probably stayed here at least 20 times, and I have stayed at many places in town so I have a fair idea of what's "normal" here even for the high-end hotels). Large and clean rooms, great location and staff. Only downside is there is no restaurant/bar in the hotel, rather in the separate casino which is a bit sleazy for my tastes. But there are decent restaurants within a short walk."

"Nice location, not too far from the airport. There were a lot of restaurants across the street. I love that breakfast was included. The staff were very helpful in the rooms were very clean and organized."
