The villa was spacious, well-equipped with all amenities, and conveniently located just a short walk from the beach. The reception staff were very helpful and provided useful information for first-time visitors to the area. The property features a lovely pool, sauna, and restaurant, with beautiful ocean views from the patio and terrace. It is also situated right along the famous Seven Hanging Valleys Trail. The only issue during our stay was an unexpected water shut-off on both days. We would have appreciated prior notice so we could prepare accordingly. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing.

Hotellanleggets beliggenhet med 10 min gåavstand til en flott strand og 15-20 min til Carvoeiros livlige sentrum er fint. Interiøret til vår lille leilighet med eget kjøkken inkl. vaskemaskin var også fint. Fra terrassen var det gjennom planter utsikt på et nært 5-stjernes hotell nok i sluttfasen av å bli ferdigbygget. Vi valgte ikke å klage på det, fordi det ikke kom så mye bråk derifra og fordi vi bare tørket klær på terrassen, men det hadde likevel vært hyggelig fra hotellets side med en frivillig liten anerkjennelse for at vi godtok denne nærheten og utsikten på en byggeplass. Vi valgte stedet for andre gang også pga. den inkluderte tilgangen til en tennisbane. Tilstanden til asfaltbanen har dessvere blitt delvis dårlig sånn at vi neste gang nok velger et annet hotellanlegg med en bedre bane. Carvoeiro er ellers absolutt en fin destinasjon med akurat passe antall turister og med alt som er bra med atlantisk klima om sommeren.

Super hôtel bien situé si vous aimez marcher pour de la randonnée ou vous rendre à la plage. Moins touristique qu’ailleurs, si vous étiez sans voiture, il faut beaucoup marcher pour aller à Carvoeiro, mais ça fait digérer des très bons restaurants de cette belle ville. Hôtel tranquille avec beaucoup d’espace. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. On vous recommande les pistes de randonnées pour des superbes vues! On aura de beaux souvenirs, mais on reviendra!

The washing machine was half filled with dirty water that smelled horrible. The entire room and hallway smelled. We got over this issue and the inability to wash our clothes midway through our trip but then the roaches started running around our room and we were done. The front desk did move use to a new unit at 1130pm for which we were thankful.
