"Traveled as a family with two teenagers. Stayed three nights. You couldn't ask for better views. The hotel is cozy and the room was spotless. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. They assisted with booking a boat tour of the caves when the tour company's online reservation system wasn't accepting any more reservations. Lots of local restaurants to explore and enjoy. Expect hills but it's very walkable."

"The resort has an amazing look, particularly the outdoor areas, but the lack of maintenance is concerning. Staff were really friendly and always at hand. The outdoor pool was clean and the water was kept in proper condition, but the bridges were closed as they are falling apart. The room looked amazing, but again lack of maintenance was a negative factor. One toilet leaking water, one bathroom smelling like sewer and the bedroom walls hid a lot of damage behind the wallpaper. This could be seen in other areas of the hotel - Turkish bath out of order, hydrotub broken. Sauna, indoor pool and gym were all fine. "
