"Our stay at the Historicó Central Hotel in Mexico City was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed and cared for. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout our entire stay. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Every morning we enjoyed the fresh breakfast, which had a great variety and was always delicious. One of our favorite touches was the coffee bar and snack section — having complimentary snacks, drinks, beer, coffee, and refreshments available throughout the day made the experience feel extra special. The location was perfect, just steps away from the Zócalo and so many historic attractions, making it easy to explore the city. We were also celebrating my son’s graduation during our visit, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it memorable by surprising us with balloons and elegant chocolates in the room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly meant a lot to our family. We also appreciated the daily touches like cold bottled water and fresh apples always available for guests.
