"Lo único excelente fue la deliciosa comida y atención de la persona me atendió muy amable. Respecto a una opinión no muy favorable del hotel durante mi estancia, a las 11:34 pm cuando ya descansaba me despierta al teléfono la Recepcionista para saber acerca del porque habíatenido mala experiencia a lo que le.pregunté porque me llamaba a esa hora y su respuesta era que acababa ver mi opinión volví preguntarle y para eso me despierta a esa hora ? Se quedo callada tan impertinente de su parte a lo que dije añadiría esto también. Mi opinión antes de este incidente : (cajon de estacionamiento muy reducido y hacian muchisimo ruido, como que hacian reparaciones en el hotel y azotaban puertas) No vuelvo hospedarme ese lugar. Ah por cierto MUY LEJOS DEL AEROPUERTO AIFA. Quise subir a esta Queja un video para se escuche el ruido del hotel a media noche pero no malamente me deja"

"This hotel has no Lobby , no seat while waiting a ride the person doing check in or out is behind polarized glass.You do not know who you are dealing with.The rooms has no glass to drink water..The bathroom is very small hardly you can seat on the toilet."

"Second stay in this location, one elevator out of order, made wait time longer. Staff was excellent."

"I give it 5 stars because the hotel does its job. The room and building are clean. The staff was attentive and helpful. And the room is quiet and dark to rest. There's AC, a comfy bed, a TV with apps, a small safe, a table and 2chairs to eat, and the room has a modern look. All for a reasonable price. The bathroom can a lack a bit of privacy but you pay for what you get and I think this hotel gives more for what you pay."

"They steal more than 7000 US $$ on my cards after I left the hotel . I left the hotel at 5 Am on November 23 i went to another city,on 24 I bought something for 25 $$ on my cards both got declined, I only used them to pay for food and the hotel room.when I called one of my bank they informed me the same day I left the hotel; there were 42 orders placed on AliExpress on my master card which I didn’t make. And I m still calling the second bank to lock my Visa card. Believe me I have an idea who stole the card information. Because the first day when I got to the hotel the young lady took the card place it on the front desk trying to make the payment it turned it just thanks a glance i think they record my card with the camera at the desk without my knowledge.. ladronnnnn ladronnnn ladronnnn"

"The staff were polite, thought not very helpful. The room we got did not match the picture of the room we selected. And the bed was so hard that my wife booked us another room. If you are staying in Mexico City from abroad I would choose somewhere else to stay."
