"The staff was very nice, and the room was clean. It was also very quiet in the evening, making it feel cozy."

"Avoid this hotel. My wife's costume jewelry was stolen from our room while we were out sightseeing. (Feb. 2026) We put our valuables like passports, credit cards and more in the room safe. But we did not think a maid or anyone else would open a small pouch left next to the bed filled with a few pairs of inexpensive earrings. They were made of gold-looking material and perhaps someone thought they were valuable. Even though these items can be replaced, it felt like a violation of our personal effects. My wife called the management twice and both managers were cold, extremely unpleasant and completely unsympathetic about the issue. We were not asking for anything. We just wanted them to know what happened so they improve their hotel service and reputation. They were not kind about it at all. I do not recommend this stay. Avoid this hotel."

"The room was over too small. It was dangerous to move between bed and tv set with the risk of hitting yourself. There was no sound insulation between the rooms. "

"Advertised air conditioning which is must for me when choosing a hotel; however the property owner had locked it out requesting guests to open the windows to ventilate the room which completely eliminates the advertised “soundproofing”. Impossible to sleep and difficult to breathe in the tiny hot room. I felt bad for the very kind staff having to deal with unhappy guests because of this false advertising of air conditioning. On top of this we left the hotel a day early because we could not stay a second night of not sleeping. We understood we would loose the $320 we spent for the second night but were told by the property and Expedia that they would look into if we could get a partial refund. We got no follow up from either party regarding the matter other than this automated request asking if we enjoyed our stay. Sadly disappointed. On a high note we moved hotels and had an incredible second night in Lisbon with glorious air conditioning and a beautiful room that you could actually walk around the bed without having to step over your luggage."

"I’d love staying here. The rooms were really clean & the bathroom. The bed was perfect. The staff was so nice. The food was amazing fresh and clean. I would love to stay here again. Highly recommend the hotel. "
