Thank you for your review. We are very sorry all our guests had to deal with the water outage on Sunday. It was an unfortunate event that was caused by a water main break with the water company. The water break was not on our property, and it impacted the resort as well as other nearby residents and companies. It was not isolated to our facilities and water was restored that late evening after the water company fixed their break. We hope you consider us for the future.

Hotel needs an upgrade. When you walk into the room an old smell hits you. There is no screen on the patio door. And they don’t turn on the A/C apparently in February. On the 2nd day they lost water from 8am-10pm. They blamed the city. No water was offered. Only pool water for the toilets

Ice machine broken on our floor one of two available. Outlets in room some did not work. Coffee maker broken. Air conditioning not available, set on heat mode only. One of two elevators broken. Could not get second elevator to come up to any floor. Waited 10 minutes then called front desk was told they would try and get engineers to look at it today. Other guests taking stairs. I could not with a fifty pound suitcase. I would not recommend a stay here.

Needs updating. Sliding door did not slide - came off track. Need bigger TV Heat was hit or miss - didn’t warm up until early morning - had it set over 80 degrees Heating unit was very VERY loud Windows on side unit were very dirty a needs cleaning. No blankets available for pull out bed. Asked for another and it never was delivered :(

Rooms were hot as AC obviously has some issues. Also, noted on other reviews. Key cards didn't work half the time for room and ice area. I had a packaged shipped there via UPS they said they couldn't find but after pressing them to look harder they found it.

We wanted to enjoy our stay, growing up in the area it was one of the fancy places. Unfortunately we must have got them at a bad time, none of the ac's in the rooms we had worked. The door and sliding doors weren't sealed, so on top of the ac's not working they were trying to cool a room with warm humid air making them work overtime. Also because of the door and sliding door not being sealed there were black Beatles dead all over the floor by the entrances. I would go back and try again, because I know the hotel has awesome fold and history, but this was an all round bad experience. I hope they get these issues resolved.

We had a maintenance issue with our AC system and our Engineering department was notified to plan a course of action. Unfortunately, Arizona is experiencing record breaking temperatures right now and our staff is working diligently to keep all areas cool. When we were notified of the issue with your room we made sure to reach out to Expedia to be sure you were issued a full refund for the inconvenience. Over priced for an old resort
Room didnt cool down, water pressure was low and the elevator broke. Didnt help that we were on the 7th floor so that was fun.

It is located near my daughters' home. We wanted to hang out by the pool on mothers' day. Myself, mother, daughter and ten year old grandson. There were water beetles swimming by the steps into the pool. The water was cloudy, dirty,full of dirt and leafs. I was told the pool is cleaned once a week. We did not let the grandson swim.

Beautiful view of the property from every room. The elevator has a mind if its own at times and the pool area jacuzzi not heated. Golf Course was in good condition and worth playing for the price. Dukes bar and staff the best. 😁

Stayed for the night. My son had baseball tournament in Maricopa, 25 minute drive to town. Nice quiet area, it's mostly a golfing resort. Rooms nice and roomy, bed comfy, nice golf club views, friendly staff. Restaurant at hotel was good. Older hotel but was fine for our stay.

Older property. Bed needs to be replaced as you rolled to the middle. Needs a little TLC in places - repaint in places in the room and sprucing up the elevators. Overall we had a good experience.

The property was dated, some maintenance issues and smelled like manure. Must have been a dairy farm nearby. Room access was from the outside. There was trash left outside in the walkways. Would not go back.

The AC did not cool the room. It was 77 degrees when I got up at 5am. The TV is in the lower compartment of the wall unit and you cannot see it from the bed.

What really shines here is the staff. Every single encounter was positive and friendly. They work hard to keep the guests accommodated and their resort clean and comfortable. Property is older. Rooms and common areas are very clean, linens are good quality and clean. The furniture is serviceable, somewhat updated. Beds could be better.

Poor hotel
The hotel and grounds were in poor condition. The rooms were small and very out-dated. The toilet had problems flushing. Thr pool and hot tub were dirty with giant roach- like bugs floating in them. This hotel was very over- priced, located far from services and was not a nice place to stay.

The A/C blew hot air instead of cold air. The shower knob (the pull knob to turn on the shower head) prevented the water to rotate to hot water making the shower more on the cold side than warm side.
