As Americans traveling, Hotel Azur checked the most important boxes for us: felt very safe, very clean, hot water showers, heat/AC in each room, close to attractions/beach/restaurants, bed/linens comfortable. Rooms as advertised. Good for the price. Pool was pretty but didn't use much.

We were not satisfied with our stay at this property. The hotel staff were not very accommodating or friendly. Their website does not reflect the actual conditions of the hotel. Also, despite the website saying that it included breakfast, it did not. Our first morning there we were woken by police pounding on multiple people’s doors and apparently taking someone away. This definitely didn’t make us feel safe. One thing I will say is that the cleaning staff did clean our room very thoroughly. That was the one highlight of this otherwise huge disappointment.

The Worst receptionist
I wasnot allowed in although i showed the receptionist i photo of my passport and my driving licence. It was the worst receptionist you could ever come cross in your check in to this hotel. I had to give up the booking i made about an hour before my check in. I had to go to another hotel in which i checked in with no problem at all. I woud appreciate it if i could get my money back. Thank you

The whole hotel is old, furniture, walls everything. Stuff is friendly, food is terrible. After 22:00 the nightclub sound blasts through the whole hotel so good luck sleeping.

The staff are very responsive and accommodating. Although they speak little English, we managed to communicate. This property is across the street from the beach, not on the beach as the photo might imply.

It’s close to the sea, other than that nothing was good. The furniture is old and outdated, so are the staff. It’s a money grab, the hotel wasn’t clean and the food was mediocre at best. If it’s up to me I wouldn’t even give it half a star. Terrible!

Superb location
Excellent location, right across from the Corniche area - lots of restaurants including a McDonalds and Burger King!! 30 mins walk to the Grand Mosque or a 5 min taxi ride. Many taxis available when needed - Taxi to and from airport is a set rate of 300 Dirhams. WIFI Connection is "bumpy" in the rooms but ok in the lobby.

the hotel is very old , need a lot of updates the furniture is very old , the sheet where dirty , no towels , no iron . This service is very poor the parking is included but the Gard was trying to charge us for it . The only good this location is great .

Location and view was good. Hotel changed our room after one night that I reported to Expedia we getting sick and disappointed from our room. The second room was nice and big with balcony ocean view but everything was not working or problems in that room cause frustration and overwhelming. Overall the quality of hotel effected our health, our plans to not Enjoy our trip as we were expected

The room given was a smoking room on third floor it was very noisy and the room vent had strong cigarette odor. There was loud music playing through the night, having a shower curtain in the bathroom is needed. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion was missing. We had a partial view and f the ocean but 80% view of ugly building terrace. No coffee or hot water in room.

NO SHUTTLE TO AIRPORT AS POSTED. IT IS A CAB YOU ARRANGE AND PAY FOR. Rooms ok but not for price, also if on lower level you cannot sleep as entertainment downstairs which loud all night. Our room overlooked kitchen and McDonald. Definitely not worth amount it cost.

Great location Can be noisy at night but is at the center of the night life with clubs and good food all around. Great views.spotless. pillows are strips of compressed foam way way too thick. I would return. Staff like Marion the housekeeper on 5th floor would be a reason to return.

Great location, opposite the main pier along the beach filled with great restaurants. Staff very helpful. Amazing pool area and amenities. Buffet breakfast was good. Central location, easy to get around by taxi. Nice part of the city, very relaxed and coastal.
