"We loved the hotel, quite quirky which we enjoyed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is really good. The pool is small and shallow but a welcome relief from the heat after a long day site seeing. Baggage room in the basement is secure. Breakfast was plentiful but quite busy due to limited seating. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is a magical place. The building is a total monument, every room is decorated with splendor. The gardens are very impressive. The buffet breakfast is absolutely amazing and the staff is extraordinary attentive and friendly. We had an awesome time"

"Nice hotel. A bit far from the beach front, although there was a shuttle car which you could book. Very good breakfast and the staff were really helpful for the most part. Rooms were ok. No view but comfortable beds."

"The hotel is really nice in general. We had a Sweet (bigger, nicer, more expensive) but noticed right off the mat, but it felt very hot (lots of windows, but also a lot of radiant heat from the sun. The air conditioner did not seem to be working very well. We asked them to check it on night number three, and they said everything was fine. But when we got back from dinner, it was very very hot. It was definitely cooler outside than inside, so we had to open all of the windows to let a little cool air come in, and threw the blanket on the ground and used only a sheet. It was still super hot all night, and loud as well because of surrounding noises. We hardly slept at all."
