"I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot. "We were happy with the cleanliness of the room, the reception were welcoming upon arrival and the person who showed us the room was very professional. The thing we were not happy about was the check out in the early morning on 4th of April was not professional, we asked for water, and they refused to give us, and also the front front gates were locked and we had to ask the receptionist to open them.."

"Gorgeous, quiet hotel with the friendliest staff, modern amenities in the room and everything is very clean. Breakfast simple but great quality and filled us up until our evening meal. 15 min walk to the Colosseum and 15 mins walk to Terminal 1 which is also where the Big Bus tour has a stop. Found nicer, more authentic restaurants in this area. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Likes: We were able m the 6th floor and most of our 4 nights the other floors were full of coach parties and most of them were kids. Despite that, the room was quiet. Room was clean and was well kept every day by housekeeping. Mini fridge in the room. Dislikes: Minor, but a lack of electric sockets without having to in plug something else first. Again minor, When you first arrive (in the area around the Hotel) you think OMG look at the graffiti and the rubbish, but we found that it is a very nice friendly area and that most of the Rome suburbs look like this."
