"Spacious clean rooms, super aircon, staff v helpful and accommodating, peaceful location quite easy and quick to get to Rome must see areas/sites, nicer if reception could be contacted via internal phone rather than it all being online, sorry not a fan of digital. Would come back smiles"

"I booked one bed for a room of 6 and it was ok! Your belongings are safe, the staff was helpful and they have like a lot of activities to meet the people around there, it is a good location close to train station and a lot of restaurants as a women and solo traveller I feel so safe! About location, staff and my room that was mixed, the only thing is that is kind of expensive for a hostelโฆ but I didnโt have another options even that was October and Rome is not in high demand, other than that I recommend"

"Best hotel experience I have had in Rome. All categories are rated as excellent. So I have extended my stay. I chose this hotel primarily due to its location in San Lorenzo near Sapienza University. Known as a vibrant district of Rome in which Hotel San Lorenzo is situated, my room is particularly quiet. The staff is cordial and quite helpful. I thought there was an issue with hot water, but I learned that allowing the basin faucet or the shower head to run for a few minutes produced the desired water temperature. Air-conditioning is exceptional. All amenities are not more than 2 minutes away: trams, busses, markets, cafes and markets. Plus, there is a fully equipped kitchen down the corridor for use by hotel guests. Yes, I will return to this hotel later this year and request my room 101 again. Tav Falco 2026"
