Location is not that great as it is kinda far from main attractions. Colosseum is about 30 minute walk away. Area around hotel can be a little shady at night but the property itself is excellent and staff is very very kind and attentive. Rooms were clean and comfortable

It's a big complex and modern new hotel in the midst of ancient Rome. The bed room is a bit narrow but not a big problem, bathroom is good size. Everything else is good and convenient.

I liked: location, design, a lot of professionals and families, lots to do on the grounds for family and friends traveling, free water in the room Didnt like: they did not change the sheets even though you can see makeup stains, didnt really clean the room, fridge is very small Improvements: host daily activities for your guests to allow them to mingle. As a solo traveler i would have appreciated and the bar was one of the reasons I picked this place to allow me to socialize in a safer way.

This is possibly the most beautiful, stylish and clean hotel I have ever stayed in. I appreciate it’s new and expected it to be very tidy and polished but staying here was a fantastic experience. From the spacious grounds that you walk through, to the stylish reception, it has a friendly warm atmosphere. Everything about this hotel was perfect; they even make delicious coffees, pastries and cocktails in the bar too. There were some fantastic food options nearby for a real authentic Italian dining experience as well. The only downside is that the location could seem a little “rough around the edges” when you walk from Roma Termini or central Rome. I am used to living in busy cities so it didn’t phase me, but there is a railway bridge to walk under. Overall though I highly recommend this hotel for a city break!

It’s my first stay here and won’t be the last! I love Social Hub. Location: conveniently located 2-3 min walk away from a bus station. It was great for me since I rely on public transportation to get around in Rome. Amenities: this is the highlight of my stay. The hotel is well decorated. It has bar and restaurants (one inside the hotel and a pizzeria outside of the hotel but still on the premises). You can lounge everywhere in the lobby and outside since the weather in Rome is great in May. They have a rooftop pool and bar (the pool is closed for a certain time in the year). They also have free laundry! Security at the entrance checks guests coming in and out so I feel safe here. Staffs: the staff are so nice and accommodating. They speak English well and are willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay. I’d recommend everyone to stay here.

Would definitely return here. Before we went on our trip we saw reviews about loud construction noise, no pool etc. We had no issues at all. The pool is open but is undergoing chemical treatment. The rooftop is very welcoming and a great place to relax. Our room was extremely clean with maid service every day should we have wanted it. We were surprised to learn there was a gym and laundry washing facilities in the basement of the hotel. My husband used the gym and there were brand new technogym machines in there. Only grumble would be the bed being a bit squeaky, may be because no head board. Just irritating when turning over in bed during the night. If this is the only issue, it’s a good stay! The hotel room had a hair dryer and quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There was also a fridge and a safe. We had a drink in the bar a few nights and it’s reasonably priced and the bar staff were fantastic. We didn’t pay for breakfast as we did think that was overpriced at €17 per person each day. We found lovely corenettaria 9 min walk away and had plenty for less than €10 togeher. Close to local transport just takes a minute to get your head around. Fantastic stay, thank you!

El hotel es nuevo, el diseño es muy bonito y tiene áreas comunes muy cómodas. Las habitaciones parecían pequeñas cuando reserve, pero la verdad están súper bien, justo lo necesario. Hacen limpieza en los cuartos todos los días. Los baños muy limpios. El check in es autónomo, esta bien, pero en lo personal valoro la atención y comunicación con las personas del staff. El lugar está a 20 minutos caminando de Roma Termini. Parece una zona insegura para caminar, pero en realidad nunca nos sentimos incómodos por eso. Hay un par de tiendas de víveres en frente del hotel. Había mucha disponibilidad de bicicletas y scooters de lime/bird. Saliendo del hotel también podías encontrar una estación de metro/tren local. En conclusión, todo muy bien.

kein pool (wurde vorher angekündigt) aber auch vieles was noch nicht rund läuft, vorhänge/rollo fehlt tw noch, verdunklungsvorhang vorhanden, ( abräumen von tellern und tischen beim frühstück, auffüllen buffet! ganz ärgerlich keine großen kaffeetassen - waren IMMER aus da war party auf grünfläche und wood-top bar mit vielen nicht hotelgästen - dafür ist diese gar nicht ausgelegt züge hört man überall - ein bisschen im schlafzimmer sehr freundlich, sehr sauber
