Good location but unfriendly staff. No Air conditioning and we were told breakfast was included but then charged 16 euros when we did eat. Food was terrible.

Bad internet
While the room is charming, clean, and full of light, the elevator is smelly. The internet connection is terrible, practically non-exist.

Nice place, good breakfast, but bad internet.
Nice enough place to stay, close to the centre of Frascati. The room was similar to many hotels in the area, the breakfast was good. The only problem was the WiFi internet was terrible. It only worked well in the front reception and soon disappeared in the rooms. The staff said that they did not know of any problems, they tried to help by restarting the network, but this problem persisted for the whole week. It worked just a little, but would cut out repeatedly and have difficulty re-connecting, and was just very frustrating overall. I was not able to do some work that I had wanted to do because of it.
