"I loved the Mountain View’s, how close it was to many of the local attractions such as Pikes Peak Cheyanne Zoo and Garden of the Gods. I would most definitely recommend staying here and include the breakfast buffet with your stay!"

"Bartender Sara was amazing, handling a full load of customers with grace and ease. Tony and all front desk staff we're very helpful and efficient. MmPlenty of outlets, storage was good, plenty of table and desk space. Hotel is dated but managed efficiently. Room was surprisingly large for an older hotel. Not five-star luxury but good value for the price."

"I wanted to share some concerns about our arrival experience. We arrived at approximately 4:15 p.m., but our room was not ready. We were given an amenity key, but it did not work, so we had to return to the front desk to get a replacement. We then went to the pool while waiting, but our room was not ready until around 5:30 p.m. The staff was nice, but we did not feel they were overly accommodating given the situation. In addition, the restaurant was unable to accommodate us for dinner or breakfast, even though it appeared to be half empty. Traveling with children makes this especially difficult, as meals and timing are harder to work around. Overall, this was a frustrating start to our stay and did not feel like the level of service we expected. I would appreciate it if you could review what happened and let me know if there is anything you can do to make this right."

"I was frustrated to hear about the parking fees at check-in, not when booking. Also, I prefer a paper receipt with charges listed at check out. I was refused and told an email would be issued which hasn't yet arrived, 3 days later. Charges have been billed but no statement explaining them."
