"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "Very nice hotel . Ideally located for tourists .helpful front desk . Excellent breakfast and bar . We had a junior suite which was very spacious . I think some rooms are small . Would highly recommend this hotel "

"This place is a gem, classic, old world but so comfortable and refined, amazing staff and service, kindness everywhere, fresh linens and evening turn down, chocolate and pastries, water refreshed daily, no xtra fees for coffee delivered in room. Fabulous bar and lounge, knowledgeable and attentive bar server. There’s nothing transactional about this place. It is all about making guests comfortable. America seems to have forgotten this. Or it all comes at a $$ cost. Not here. Everything is included. What a wonderful place.Can’t wait to come back! "
