"The service from Mohammed before I even got there was 5* and it never stopped. Osvaldo continued to deliver the same 5* and I was made to feel so welcome. The views of Praia da Macas from apartment are perfect, with the sounds of the powerful waves. I had planned to go to Lisbon, and this place being over 40km away was off putting, but the absolute best choice I ever made and only 35 euros in an uber, back to airport. One night, a scrap of food was left on the table, and there were many ants the next morning. They seemed to be from the hallway baseboard, so be sure to put any open food in the refrigerator.
