"This place is best suited for a quick, no-frills golf trip. In terms of quality, it sits somewhere between a Hampton Inn and a Moxy. If this property were advertised as a 3-star hotel, it would be alright . However, claiming to be a 5-star establishment is a joke, and I will not be returning. Stay at the sister property Onyria Marinha Cascais, Vignette Collection by IHGfor about the same price for better room and staff "

The atmosphere is magical and each room makes you feel truly a princess. A wonderful place that is very private and exclusive. You are made to feel with a personal touch rather than just a customer . "Reception had no staffs when we arrived around 4 PM, we had a hard time getting the luggage which we dropped off earlier. Fortunately a neighbour helped us to call and finally the problem was resolved."

"Beautiful hotel not far from the historic district, an easy walk to restaurants and the National Palace. Room was clean but a bit odd - we had a lovely terrace with nice seating and outdoor kitchen and shower. Shared the terrace with some peacocks. Breakfast was excellent and each evening there was wine and cheese on the hotel terrace. Area near the hotel was nicely maintained but the extensive gardens were in disrepair, presumably from the awful storms last January. Would be even better if the garden paths were open."
