"I stayed here one night as a convenient option as it was by the water and close to Jamor Stadium where I was attending an event. Easy walking distance to the train and conveniently located between The major tourist areas of Lisbon and Cascais.
Affordable rooms and good food options nearby."

"Make sure you reach out before going booking this place.
There was construction being done at all hours during the day. It is a very small place and crowded with decorations. The shower is very small and was difficult to operate when the handle was not broken.
The staff was very nice and helpful but could not understand why having construction during the day or having a small shared living space was an issue.
Refused to give you a refund when you wanted to checkout early and informed you that...

"This place was fantastic. All the good describing words: clean, quiet, easy to get to and from the airport and cool Lisboa stuff. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was good, nice little living/chilling spaces, I really liked it."

Grande Real Villa Itália Hotel & Spa - A Leading Hotel of the World
10/10 Excellent
"This is a splendid hotel with an amazing pool, and a delicious breakfast. About a 10 minute walk into town along the seaside and then uphill on the way back. Rooms are great, beds are great, and everybody was super helpful and friendly."
Onyria Marinha Cascais, Vignette Collection by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"We had a lovely stay at the Marinha Boutique hotel. We stayed in a 3 bed villa which was ideal for our needs, with two kids (5 and 7) and my father in law. Both the adult rooms were a brilliant size and the master room took up the whole upper floor with balcony. It was really clean and housekeeping came every day which was a bonus. Having a washing machine was also great and meant the return home was better with a full suitcase of clean clothes!
The kids room was smaller and I was a bit concerned about the lack of guard on the upper bunk. The ladder provided some protection but we covered the floor in cushions too for extra comfort. I probably wouldn’t have wanted any younger child up there.
It was very hot when we were there but the air con in the villa worked really well. There was also lots of tree coverage in the grounds and at the ocean pool which was great. Nice breeze at the pool too which made the temperature bearable.
Father in law made good use of the golf facilities - hiring clubs and buggy etc.
I had thought that there would be extra charges for parking, but there was ample free parking near the villa (charge only applies to underground parking).
Breakfast was great and included for all 5 guests (despite the booking ref saying it was only for 2 guests) So that was also welcome. Pancake machine real hit!
Additional charges did apply to the kids club and my two didn’t seem keen so we didn’t make use of that."
"Louis (concierge desk) is very attentive and helpful ...a very pleasant person...
I wish all staff were like him....
Breakfast can definitely improve, never ready at 7:30 like advertised, and more courteous staff will be a nice touch..
I did notice a different treatment between English speakers and Spanish or Portuguese speakers...(Unfortunately)
Air conditioning is almost inexistente at least in my room 403
The place need a urgent lifting, doors, Mattress, bathrooms, elevators....
I do understand that the decor its purposefully kept on the antique side but still it could be done without loosing that side...
The hotel in general its ok but far from great at least not until some kind of renovation and staff training its done...
But it has so much potential to be a great ...a really great hotel....then I won't hesitate to come back..."
"A unique hotel, located next to fantastic Guincho beach. The rooms were large, quiet and comfortable. Food was excellent. We loved our stay and were sad to leave."
