"We've just come back from our holidays at VillaSun in Flic en Flac and we already want to go back there. On our first day, we met Valerie who is amazingly friendly. She warmly welcomed us and showed us around the nicely decorated and well kept apartment. The service at VillaSun is impeccable with professional and caring people like (Clifford, Valerie and the whole team)! Quietly located not too far from the beach, only a few minutes drive by car but there's also a shuttle bus which will drive you to and from the beach. The 2-bedroom apartment is quite spacious with cooking facilities, dining and sitting areas, a well equipped kitchen to cook your own meals, coffeemaker, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge, oven, induction plates, washing machine, dryer rack, French satellite TV (Canal+) including local channels and heaps of storage. Cleaning services are provided three times a week (with no additional costs), fresh bedsheets and all towels are replaced by the lovely cleaning team. The swimming pool is absolutely gorgeous and is well looked after. Huge balcony to relax in the morning or to chill out in the evening with your favourite drinks and nibbles with a magnificent greenery peaceful view. Love the daily visits of the birds too! "I really liked this adults only hotel. Compared to the hotel we came from in Grand Baie, this was a nice and relaxing change. Without kids running around, it made for a quieter and more relaxing stay. Everything was lovely from our room to the grounds to the available water activities. However, with the lack of children, the food options were limited. Sometimes I just wanted a simple pizza or some ice cream, but that wasn’t available at dinner. Also, the nighttime entertainment was less touristy and family oriented, which isn’t necessarily bad, but it would’ve been cool to see some local, cultural entertainment. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing and serene, which I loved. The vibe in Flic-En-Flac is just very chill, which I also loved, in comparison to the busy, touristy vibe of Grand Baie. Really, there isn’t too much to complain about here. The staff was very friendly, the beach/pool areas were great, the room was nice and big, and it was easy to park the car since the hotel was at the end of the street (I.e. not much traffic). I’d love to go back to this hotel in the future. Highly recommended!"
