Hotel Julien Dubuque
The breakfast is a separate expense from the hotel. The breakfast was nice, and server was great, but needs a fruit side with biscuits and gravy. Room was big and clean. Staff helpful. This is a wonderful property in a perfect location! Easily walk to restaurants, attractions and the farmer’s market when it’s running. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.
