The check-in process was a bit complicated — I had to go to the sports centre around the corner to collect the keys. There was also no Wi-Fi provided during my stay. "The mosquitoes in Rome were horrendous- but I killed 36 mosquitoes INSIDE the room as well. Was absolutely unbearable. The staff did try to accommodate; they sprayed the room but it made zero difference. "
