"Beautiful room with AC!! And located in Testaccio with many great restaurants, bars and gelato shops. If you are using the bus system many bus stops are just a few streets away and get you to the main areas very quickly. Overall would stay with Bob again the room was so clean and so nice to come back to a cold room after a hot day outside."

"This place is a true gem in the outskirts of Rome and in my opinion 10 stars! The AC was amazing especially for an EU hotel. It was equivalent to USA air conditioning and I highly recommend if traveling to Italy in the summer. The Roof Top restaurant was delicious and the ambiance was pleasant. The staff was awesome, very accommodating, and offered numerous options from a "locals" perspective. If you are looking for the local flare away from the tourists and the prices, yet still want to see Rome and all the highlights, this place and location was perfect!"

"Fantastic place, the pools are brilliant - never had a problem getting a sunbed. Stayed in a Stay Smart which was fine for 2a 1c but would have been cramped for more I recon. Needs more storage space for clothes. Kitchenette was ok had most things you need. Market was well stocked Restaurant on site wasnโt the best and the food trucks were hit and miss but the pizza and chicken were lovely. The pool bars were good and the cafe with the ice cream was fab Lots of positives. Would advice to book a bigger caravan then you think you might need for the extra space"

"I loved almost except room service, they were very rude, but the rest of the staff was great, pool awesome, roof ristorante and bar great, main lobby thumbs up. Breakfast phenomenal. Surrounding area incredible. But dont go in July and August unless your young and can with stand 100ยฐ degree weather"

"Little way out of town but only a 10 euro taxi ride to the colosseum. We liked this hotel and would return. Nothing exceptional overall which is why I rated it good but there was certainly nothing wrong with it either. Breakfast staff were the exception - very hardworking and attentive. Couple of decent eateries very close by if you dont want to go into the city centre."
