Laura is amazing at what she does. The cleaning staff is also so friendly. Literally steps from the Colosseum. I would wake up and just open my window and admire it. I highly recommend here. Will be back. .

Laura the property manager was excellent and she even stayed in direct contact throughout the planning of our trip through what's app. Laura was top notch and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Always willing to go the extra mile and made arrangements for pickup from the airport to the BnB and cruise terminal. Our room was conveniently located with a fantastic view of the Colosseum. It was comfortable and clean. Many restaurants and attractions were within minutes of walking distance. We would highly recommend this location!

From the booking of the trip to leaving this amazing and historic building with a view of the Coliseum across the street, and the wonderful, responsive, helpful and gracious representative, Laura, this was a perfect accommodation. The Colosseo Panoramic Rooms located directly across from the Colosseum and within walking distance of several major attractions, including the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and numerous shops and restaurants. We enjoyed a lovely view of the Colosseum from our room, which was clean, comfortable, and had a perfectly sized bathroom. Our host, Laura, was exceptional—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and provided clear, step-by-step guidance on using public transportation to reach our destinations. On our final day, she arranged reliable car service to take us to the cruise port. I highly recommend Laura and her property for anyone visiting Rome. Thank you, Laura! Linda

Great apartment directly in front of the colosseum! From the window you could have a perfect view. The apartment is breaking down, shower head doesn’t have enough pressure.also, since there is no shower curtain water goes everywhere which is making the door of the bathroom have mold:breaking down from water damage. I would stay again, just needs to be maintained. Also the AC is AMAZING.

Hosts were lovely and easy to get ahold of and the property was located in the most walkable area of Rome. The location was PERFECT! With only one and a half days to spend in Rome, this was the perfect stay. My only negative feedback is that the city is LOUD and there's not really a way to keep the all-night noise out. This is no fault of the hosts.

We only stayed one of our two nights. It was noisy from all the tourists and the other people coming in and out. There’s no place to keep or get basic things like waters without leaving and no one on site ever to ask questions. Then when you get outside you walk into a stream of tourists and people hustling goods.

The location could not be beat. Walking outside the hotel and seeing the Coliseum right across the street in front of you was stunning and exciting every day. There were 3 restaurants right outside the front door. The place was so quaint and clean. I loved the shower. It felt so luxurious after an extended, hot day sightseeing. Also, the air conditioning was wonderful. We had an amazing first visit to Rome, and a big part of that was this location. It was easy to get to and from everything we wanted to see. The Metro was close, we could and did walk to the Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps. We took a cab to the Vatican and the Metro home from there. I would stay here again. It is a small boutique hotel with only four rooms, but it was perfect!
