Not only its perfectly located so you can easily access the touristic attractions by bus/metro/train but also, the personnel was very helpful, friendly and warm. As soon as I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and welcomed, which was nice of them. And it is away from the busy touristy areas but still within close enough distance to get anywhere in Lisbon. "
