Absolute fantastic place. Great location very close to Alpe di Siusi. The room was spacious and very confortable. Great breakfast buffet and excellent dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent wellness area.

The service is impeccable, and breakfast and dinner at the main restaurant were also exceptional. The common areas feels a bit dated, but overall, would go back for sure.

Lovely relais chateaux in a great location.
The hotel is perfectly located within a very short walk to the cable car station to susi alms and close to the centre. The staff were very friendly. Loved the restaurant as they serve really good food and the staff were very attentive. The half board was excellent value. The rooms were clean and spacious too. They have a really nice indoor pool as well

Nice hotel but expensive
The hotel is really great. It has a relaxed environment. The only note that I can say is the lack of cattle in the room. Beside the charges for any coffee or tea .The price of the hotel is high.

hiking and staying in the Italian Tyrol
great stay for hiking in the area. the guide Emanuel was outstanding. Excellent meals befitting a hotel with a Michelin one star restaurant attached. The level of quality at their one star restaurant carries over to the other hotel dinners as well as to breakfast. The hotel is a short walk to multiple lifts going up into the mountains.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location
My husband and I were on a short getaway and had a fabulous time in Ortesei. The staff were extremely friendly and helped us have a very memorable trip. The food was outstanding and extremely high quality. So many activities to do both at the hotel and in the area that we wished we had set aside more time.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely alpine town.
It was one of the best stays we've ever had. We were treated like family from the time we walked in the front door. Kind, thoughtful staff knew our names almost immediately and our room was clean, modern, spacious and very comfortable. The "regular" restaurant is superb and Anna Stuben, the gourmet restaurant, even better. Both have a great wine list. Ortisei is a lovely town in the Val Gardena and the hotel is one block from the main town square. We are already looking for excuses to return.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the mountains
Hotel Gardena is a beautiful property, but pricey. Great view over the town and to the mountains beyond. We had a beautiful room on the corner with the turret/rounded windows, with a little balcony facing the town. Our room -- and all the rooms facing the town and main road -- are a little noisy but get great sunshine. However in the summer if it is warm you'll need to open the windows since the hotel does not have air conditioning - which means you'll also get the street noise, the bright sunshine, and the lights from outside the property, making it difficult to sleep. Hotel staff was great. Very helpful in providing directions for hiking, and lent us walking poles too.

This hotel and spa offers an exceptional travel experience. Wonderful facilities, outstanding service and a true cuinary experience. Ortisei is beautiful town in a natural environment of outstanding beauty.

Muy buena comida! Su servicio de renta de esquíes en el hotel es muy cómodo. Cuentan con servicio de transportación al lift aunque está tan solo a unos pasos caminando

Ein sehr gutes empfehlenswertes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und gutem Aktivprogramm. Stilvolles geräumiges Zimmer (Superior). Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Einzig das Abendessen (Halbpension) erreichte deutlich keine *****. Manchmal färbt die Gourmetküche im eigenen Haus auf das normale Hotelrestaurant ab, hier klar nicht. Das Essen war durchschnittlich bis gut, die Suppen knapp genügend. Vermutlich teilweise Einsatz von Halbfertigprodukten. Positiv: Nebst dem Menu konnte ohne Aufpreis aus der a la Carte - Karte bestellt werden. Wir assen in manchem anderen ****-Hotel besser. Insgesamt jedoch weiterzuempfehlen.

Einfach nur grossartig!
Fantastischer Aufenthalt, sämtliche Wünsche werden einem von der Lippe abgelesen. Herausragende Küche - wir hatten ursprünglich nur Frühstück gebucht, waren nach dem ersten Abendessen aber so begeistert, dass wir auf Halbpension gewechselt haben. Wellness ebenfalls auf höchstem Niveau.

Hotel perfetto. Struttura curata e di livello degna di un 5 stelle. Il punto forte è certamente il personale molto preparato a attento alle esigenze del cliente. le camere sono spaziose, confortevole. silenziose e dotate di tutti i confort. la posizione del hotel è centrale al paese di Ortisei, comoda per le piste da sci (c'è anche un ottimo servizio navetta) e per escursioni estive

Ottimo hotel, anche se non lo abbiamo trovato allo stesso livello di altri hotel di lusso della val Gardena. Il ristorante è l'area che richiede più attenzione: servizio non sempre all'altezza, piatti all'apparenza gourmet, ma spesso non a punto. Area termale sopra la media.

細やかな心遣い
一番印象に残ったのはレセプション（チェックイン・チェックアウト）のスタッフが親切で、不慣れな私たちに対する細やかな心遣いでした。５星ホテルですから設備も立派でしたし、ウエルカムフルーツが出たり、バスルームも大変使いやすかったのですが、それにもましてどのスタッフも、宿泊客の立場に立ったサービスを提供して下さったのが、さすが５星ホテルだという感じです。場所もすべてのバスが停まるバスターミナル（広場）へも出やすく2つのロープウエイへのアクセスもしやすい、とても使いやすい位置にあるホテルでした。食事も美味しく、ダイニングのスタッフからも細やかなサービスを受けました。次も又此処を使いたいホテルです。
