They also had the best breakfast spread we had our whole trip, and it was included with the room. The shuttle to the airport was also free and very helpful. "Approx 40 mins via train from Malpensa (Airport to Gallarate, change train / platform & 1 stop thereafter), great for 1 or 2N stay. Internet can be better, but did its job tho hung on & off. Surprisingly for price, bfast was decent & quite tasty. Recep (young lady but didnt catch name) was helpful & accommodating with my many questions. A/c (for fall) quite chilly, room not huge but enuf for 2 pax & 2 luggage. Place is simple with no supermarket near and train stop has NO TICKET station (so best buy at airport itself!) Only downside (not any fault of hotel) is walk from station to hotel (a nice 10 mins) is needing to walk on main road which makes it dangerous."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were there just after the season ended so the restaurant had sadly just closed. But the town was still lovely, we were able to get food easily. The front desk attendants were always very helpful and nice and the hotel was lovely. The view is unmatched. Honestly I am still thinking about sitting out on the balcony looking out at the mountains and the lake."
