"We are extremely disappointed with this stay, especially as returning guests who previously had much better experiences. Unfortunately, the hotel has clearly gone downhill and no longer reflects a 5-star standard.The room was poorly cleaned with dust throughout, a dirty bathroom, cigarette butts on the balcony, and a strong smell of smoke despite requesting a non-smoking room. This is completely unacceptable. Room service was also poor, with missing items and cold, low-quality food. Breakfast was disorganised and frustrating — staff were unhelpful, coffee repeatedly had to be requested as it was not available at the buffet, and service in general was extremely slow. We also asked several times for tea and coffee, but it took far too long to arrive. Although I specifically asked for gluten-free bread, none ever arrived, and when we asked if there was any fresh gluten-free bread or pastries available, none were provided. We travel frequently, and this is the first time we have stayed in a 5-star hotel where there were no fresh gluten-free products available at all, apart from a few sealed processed items. This is far below expected standards. The hotel also states it is pet friendly, however dogs are not allowed in the restaurants, which was disappointing. As a result, we had to find nearby dog-friendly restaurants instead. Public areas were overcrowded and noisy, particularly the pool, with little control from staff. "1,방이 크지 않다는 걸 이해하고 있었지만 짐을 풀기 힘들정도로 작아요 Suitcase 하나 정도면 가능할수 있어요 2, 주차장이 작아서 호텔과 떨어진 곳에 세우고 와야해요 3, 아침 식사 평이 특별히 좋은걸로 보았는데 평범해요 특별하진 않아요 4, 호텔 식당에서 저녁식사를 했는데 식사는 괜찮은 편이였어요 큰 레스토랑이 꽉 찬걸로 보아 동네 맛집인듯~ 4성급이고 리뷰가 좋아서 기대했는데 제 느낌에 그정도는 아닌거같네요 "

"Our room, with a little balcony, has a stunning view of the Lake Como, is really lovely! We truly enjoyed the view from our room. We also enjoyed dining in the hotel restaurant. The only setback is the size of the room being a bit too small. We almost couldn't find the space to open our 28" luggage box. If only travelling with a small suitcase to stay here, then it would be prefect!"
