"Borgo del Dolci Colline is an old guest house and working farm that has sheep, olives and grapes. We loved the family that runs this scenic place. While it is in the country, we were looking for that experience to balance the stays in hill towns. The breakfast was delicious, and the proprietors were very helpful in giving directions and making special arrangements. There are friendly rescued dogs who help look after the sheep. "My husband and I spent 4 days last week at tiis wonderful B&B in the Tuscan countryside. It is a little off the beaten path but so worth it. "Beautiful setting, perched high on a hill overlooking the valley and mountains. Luigi, the owner, spoke good English and is there to greet you at your arrival. The comfortable lounge chairs and pool were a great way to relax after a day of touring. There is a lovely terrace to enjoy a complimentary glass of Persecco while watching the sunset, prior to dinner. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed two delicious dinners on the terrace. A great hotel for couples or older singles. "
