"I was given underground parking for 9 nights free in a spacious carpark, extremly friendly staff, when you walk by any hotel staff always greeted with hello or good day, food at the Coucheron restaurant was great in the evening overlooking the pink lake. Lovely spacious room too 5 Star."

From the moment we arrived, the staff have gone above and beyond to make our stay special. Special thanks to Borja (concierge), Stafane (bartender), Jose (grounds manager), and many others who’ve treated us with such warmth and care. The bedroom is pure comfort — the mattress is one of the best I’ve ever slept on, and the room is spotless. As for the food… it’s exceptionally exquisite — every meal has been a treat. "Only stayed for one night but would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Right on the seafront and walkable to all amenities of the resort and town. Parking can be somewhat difficult during busy periods, first time we parked we were on the next street, the second time we parked was a 4 minute walk away so not far. The lady on reception was super friendly and accommodating and made lots of recommendations for exploration of the area. Overall a lovely stay at Hotel Alaska!"
