"Location is the only thing that is great for this hotel. Need a lot of upgrades and my room wasn’t clean at all. Shower was pathetic."

"You cannot charge anything to your room unless you have paid money up front for them to deduct from like a line of credit. The whole thing was ridiculous as they had all my credit card details and could easily charge my card. It was extremely inconvenient having to pay every time you ordered and we had the same issue at the Clayton hotel in Glasgow. We also stayed at the Caledonian hotel in Edinburgh and had no issues charging anything to our room. Other than that there was a lot of construction going on around the hotel so forget sleeping in and one of the 2 elevators wasn’t working. The staff however were great and very polite and helpful and the location was excellent."

"The hotel was fantastic. The only thing was it was hot. Turned the heat off and left the window open at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean very clean. Beautiful location. I would recommend a street view. "
