Excellent staff who were extremely helpful as we are from Canada and didn't quite know our way around. The amenities were fine and the location was great as it was walking distance to Edinburgh castle,Haymarket station and Hollyrood castle. Plenty of restaurants nearby on Bread st and Morrison road.

Clean and comfortable. Terrific staff, who also helped us with tips to get to several sightseeing locations. Amazing breakfast! Room was on the small side, but only two hooks for all our towels and no closet. No washcloths either. Room temp controls were touch pad and hard to understand, but staff came quickly to help.

My stay at this hotel was perfect!! Hotel lobby and room were so clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, total walking distance to all the best local attractions. All walks said they were much further than they actually were so this really felt very centrally located. Staff was very kind and attentive.
