"Loved everything about our trip. However, our room was under the bar and lounge area. When someone moved a chair or stool, ( sometimes after 3:00 am, it made enough noise to wake us. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was charming. We had a great stay overall!"

"Bed was very comfortable. No ice in building which was frustrating. Easy walk to a few restaurants. We also received a nice upgrade. Would go back. "

"We went with the family suite, and it was very nice. There is a murphy bed downstairs, as well as a bathroom. Upstairs we had king and another bathroom. HVAC down and upstairs. All very clean and spacious and nice looking. It's almost a 30-min walk to downtown/Cannery Row but a short drive - and across the street is a huge mall (but separated by trees.) Tiny gripes: front reception at check-in seemed bored. A light switch upstairs was confusing. Breakfast was basic. Pool/hot tub open only until 9pm. All that said, I'd certainly stay there again!"
