"Our check in time was quick and easy, stuffs was ok helpful, self parking was very easy, great to have EV Tesla charging stations, lobby is modern and nice, our room beds size is ok said is queen but feel like full sizes, half of the bed is too soft and has weak points like been sitting or jumping for a long time, has AC and fan is good, not enough lights since we have to closed the window blinds, the room has no view is blocked by the green house windows was very disappointing at a beach town. Swimming pool is tiny! Check out was easy! "

"I checked-in online that morning like it suggested and my room was still not ready by check in time. The room was dirty, someone's shoes were left in a closet. Hair on the bathroom sink. The bed was comfortable, at least. That and the fact that it was quiet were the only good things about this place. "

"Wife and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary. We had an experience where someone entered our room and went through our bags and swapped a nice corkscrew that we brought from home with a crappy plastic one. The staff claim they checked the cameras and nobody but us entered the room. Very suspicious this item we have never seen or own happen to show up in my bag and our wood handled corkscrew is gone? Then when I went to go check if anyone had been in our room, me and another guest were waiting at the front desk for quite some time. We knocked on the door, yelled to the back and nothing.. finally the guy showed up and was waiting tables at the restaurant. He opened the side door and there was someone in the back sitting on her phone! Totally ignoring us in the front the whole time! Not real happy about getting either lied to or gaslit when I am 100% sure what transpired."

"Suite was a little dated decor-wise but still very very cute, roomy, clean, great comfy bed and location couldn't be better. Perfect for all our needs. "

"Good spot thats away from the downtown business and loudness. Very pretty cozy property. Easy drive from downtown Carmel and Monterey. Good for those who wish for a quiet night for sleep."

"Everything was great. Small things could be better: In the room, "Heat" did nothing, but setting the Thermostat to 'cooling' actually switched the HEAT and fireplace on... (room 104). Also, it would be lovely if the top windows could be somehow covered like the patio ones - it gets super bright in the morning. But overall, great stay, one of the best in Carmel, and Parking is a big plus."

"The bed was awesome. Fireplace super warm. The TV and movies available were both lacking. It would be nice to have a movie channel or even ability to access personal entertainment accounts. Iwould give 5 stars if they had that."
