"Very comfortable for our family of 4. The location was great, walkable to everything in town. The service was neither good nor bad…there was no service at all as the office closed before we arrived and it was self-check-in. There are 7 parking spots for the whole place (maybe 20 rooms) so don’t count on it. But for the price it was totally worth it and I would choose it again!"

"Cute property. Luis was excellent at check-in and a later request. A few blocks off the main drag through town… a bit longer of a walk to the shore. Our room had a balcony & fireplace. Nice! Bathroom has older style fixtures. If you’re wanting Pebble Beach luxury, look elsewhere, otherwise good for normal travelers. Pool is currently closed. "

"New hotel that is pet friendly. They even allow 2 pets per room depending on weight of each dog. Comfortable bed and great shower. Very clean and great location to beach a Main Street with shops and restaurant. Decent amount of parking in the lot. We went on a weekday so it was probably less busy than weekends or high of summer. Welcoming front desk staff and overall a great stay. Definitely on my shortlist for hotels in Carmel. "

"The room was spacious, decorated in a relaxing zen-like theme, and comfortable, with a distant view of the ocean from our 2nd floor porch. We enjoyed the gas log fireplace. The best thing was the delightful breakfast (4 choices each day) that was brought to our room in a basket each morning. The staff people were all very kind and helpful, and gave us chocolate chip cookies when we arrived. The bathroom had nice amenities, including the most wonderful smelling, locally made lavender soap. The hotel is only a few blocks from Ocean Avenue, which is the main thorofare in Carmel. We will stay here again!"
