"This room was perfect. The bed was comfy, The location in town was good, The bathroom was well stocked. Even the keurig coffeemaker was a nice touch. This property is an older set of buildings but the interior is clearly updated and renovated. We laughed when we saw the earplugs on the counter in the bathroom. The TV playing in the neighbors room was loud enough to be annoying until after midnight, when I finally used the earplugs. I didn’t want to complain when the host had provided a “solution”. Unfortunately the earplugs came out sometime in the night and I awoke to stomping feet and the TV again a little after 5 AM. All was quiet again by 7 AM, so I got about another hour of sleep before we had to leave. I’m guessing the walls are paper thin and any noise between neighbors makes for some discomfort. We did not use the AC and perhaps the fan could have created some “white noise” to help diffuse the sounds from our noisy neighbors. "

"Black mold was growing in bathroom, coffee maker not working, causing water to spill all over. Iron broke and not functional. Carpet was very dirty. Breakfast was average and not restocked once the popular items were gone. Love the location, but the hotel needs major improvement. "

"It was clean, I just wish the hot tub that was advertised actually worked, tvs outdated and no laundry facilities on site. Other than that I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN :) it was a nice stay and in a great and convenient location for me and my family :)"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a really nice experience. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. One of the best parts is definitely the location—the beach being right there makes it super convenient and adds a lot to the stay. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to relax and enjoy the ocean.That said, there were a few things that felt misleading. The hotel advertises certain amenities as being included, but that’s not really the case. Things like the bikes and the “wine wall” are labeled as free, but they actually deduct a daily fee from your deposit to cover them. So you’re essentially paying for these “included” amenities whether you use them or not, which wasn’t clearly explained upfront.Another downside was the parking. They charge $50 per day, which already feels excessive, and the “in and out privileges” they mention honestly just seem like a way to make the fee sound better than it is. It doesn’t really add value for the price you’re paying. What was most frustrating, though, was the customer service after I noticed these charges. When I called to ask about it, the person I spoke to was rude and dismissive. She interrupted the conversation and essentially ended the call by saying there was nothing she could do and “bye,” which was pretty unprofessional.Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, especially for the beach access, but just be aware of the extra costs and lack of transparency, along with the customer service experience"

"Parkingis a challenge. Onsite valet only at the back of the buildibg for $39 a day. Public lots are nearby. Rooms are charming but ours was very warm even though it was cold outsude. No A/C in our room."
