"Nice and kept property.
Not attentive staff. They did not mention that we were to stay in the historic part of the hotel. Less amenities. No mini fridge for instance. Thin walls could hear everyone else. Lots of noise from the street outside."
"It was not fancy but nicely remodeled to a modern standard, very clean, staff were efficient and polite, check-in was easy, room was nice enough and clean and parking was easy."
"Excellent stay at Hyatt Regency Monterey! Beautiful, clean rooms, outstanding customer service, and a peaceful resort atmosphere. The location is perfect just minutes from Cannery Row, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel-by-the-Sea, and Big Sur. Comfortable beds, great amenities, and an overall first class experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Monterey, whether for a weekend getaway, business trip, or family vacation. We will definitely be back!"
"We arrived at our room with a pre- check in, so did not have the opportunity to see any staff from the property. Our room had been renovated, but apparently not finished, as we had a wall behind the bed that had not been painted and a light fixture was missing.
The beds were not comfortable and the water pressure was terrible.
Very disappointed in this hotel, as I had much higher expectations. The woman is the office was rude to my friend."
