"My stay was not what I expected for the amount I paid. I could not turn on the shower and it was too late to call someone to fix it so I had to wash myself with your towels but I really wanted to take a shower!!"

"Parking was great (covered if you arrived early. We are walkers so walked to aquarium (1.8 miles) and all around cannery row. Very nice 👍 "

"The room we had was deep in the corner. It was very dark, there was no window, only window was the tiny bathroom window. No air circulation unless you used the Small portable unit that was very loud and it blew out too much air. I was unable to adjust the amount of air. Sleeps was terrible, it was either muggy or so much air your eyes and nasal passages felt dried out. I woke up multiple times to turn the air off and on. This room felt like a storage room they turned into a motel room. All bad, I thought the room itself was okay, I definitely would refuse to stay in the room we had, no windows is absolutely unacceptable. First time ever in this situation. The AC units were not used friendly. I don't know if I would come back again, I stayed here once before and thought it was nice, it was a room closer to the office. I was very very disappointed in this room during this trip."

"Clean room. Beautiful property. We enjoyed the pool and spa that were both perfect temperatures. We asked for room service and staff provided it quick. We were given plenty of towels. "
