"The view from our apartment was outstanding. Room layout good as well. The free breakfast was ok - very basic, but you could upgrade by paying extra. Great location - easy to walk to the Waterfront or to catch the Hop on Hop off bus."

"Not the best experience overall, but I will commend the cleanliness of the rooms and amenities. The downfall came with my experience and lack of direction with underground parking. No signage and a very unappealing unwelcome pathway from the basement to reception. A true hazard that could easily be kept clear and clean as to avoid any injuries. Poolside restaraunt and bar was nice, but had lack of towels available when I arrived. Staff were friendly and had moved me into a new room on request due to aircon unit not cooling enough for me. New room was great and then my experience improved. I understand the hotel is undergoing maintenance and refurbishments, but could do much better to improve."

"Stayed in a 1 bedroom studio apartment at Ramada Suites by Wyndham Zen Quarter Darwin for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and the room itself was clean and comfortable. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was because the apartment included laundry facilities, so it was disappointing that the washing machine in my room was already damaged prior to my stay and had not been replaced before check-in. Reception did kindly offer to do my laundry, which I appreciated, but I didn’t end up using the service as there were only 2 lifts servicing the entire building, making trips up and down during peak times quite frustrating due to the long waits and also because of my tight schedule and reception is not 24/7. On a positive note, the rooftop bar was lovely with a great atmosphere. Overall, a decent stay with a few inconveniences."
