Had a great 5 days at this hotel everything went perfectly the staff was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was very good with lots of verity.
The room was clean and loved the glass bathroom

Hotel was in a good location in the old quarter. Staff were helpful and eager to please. Hotel rooms were very clean and had what we needed. Hotel was a bit tired and in need of an upgrade. Pictures of breakfast were a bit misleading and whilst ok, not a feast as it looked like. Hotel was totally fine for a one night stay as a base when we were out and about in Hanoi but if staying longer would go to a hotel with more facilities that was more modern.

The shining hotel was a lovely place to stay in Hanoi. The rooms and staff were lovely and really enjoyed the pool/bar area, especially at night. The staff were fantastic as it was very hot and they did a great job up there

"Nice modern hotel with rooftop pool. The rooms were a little under furnished however. It’s set out like an apartment but no cooking pots or utensils. No plates or cutlery. Only 2 cups and 2 teaspoons in a family room. The breakfast was quite limited compared to other places we stayed in the country ..."
