Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The check-in process/service at the front desk was a bit slow, there was a required presentation about tourist opportunities at check-in but overall this was a nice hotel.

The hotel is well located and has some amazing views of the bay. That said, the rooms are a bit outdated and in need of renovations. The cleaning is not great either as they do the bare minimum. The breakfast is poor, they’d be better off focusing on a smaller breakfast with local food than trying to offer a continental breakfast that lacks quality and variety. Overall, this is a solid 3 start hotel with average rooms that meet minimum standards with a great view and a nice rooftop bar.

Great place to stay.

Great hotel and great location. A lot of cleaning up both at hotel (skybar and pool) and outside after typhon. It was very clean so we was very surpriced when we found a small bug living in the wall by the window at the breakfast. Otherwise it was a hreat stay. Restaurant in the hotel had so good food. Overall a fantastic stay. If i come back i will book this hotel and hope i get a toom with view over the bay. We had view over half the bay now.

Had a great 2 nights as part of a longer travel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The guy up at the pool bar makes wicked cocktails. Breakfast was ok. Quite noisy in the rooms and some guests smoke in the rooms, so a strong smell of tobacco as soon as we stepped out our room.

Paradise Cat Ba Hotel offers unmatched luxury in the heart of Lan Ha Bay. The rooftop swimming pool and sky bar provide a glamorous setting with breathtaking sea views. The massage services are a touch of indulgence, and the cafe on the 1st floor is a charming spot for relaxation. The restaurant on the 2nd and 3rd floors serves gourmet dishes, and the diverse buffet breakfast is a culinary feast. A top-tier destination for those seeking opulence and interesting excursions.
