I checked out September 25th so this is a review of the hotel as Cat Ba recovers from the typhoon. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The sky at and pool were damaged in the typhoon and were being repaired. Overall a good place to stay.

Comfortable and great location. The staff are very attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed the night kayaking trip and the full-day boat trip they offered to visit Lan Ha Bay, Ha Long Bay. It was a pleasant stay in this hotel, staff were excellent in particular My who is professional and lovely to chat, a helpful and beautiful individual, then we met this professional gentleman, An who was also great person, we also met Quynh and Hun at the rooftop who served me. I recommend the hotel to stay , and in general everyone at the hotel were excellent

Quy the waiter from Jolie bar was very nice and helpful and we had a great time in the pools . From the roof of the hotel there is a great view of the river and part of the town center . overall the hotel has a great atmosphere and everything including breakfast was great as in other 4* hotels

Great place to stay.

Great hotel and great location. A lot of cleaning up both at hotel (skybar and pool) and outside after typhon. It was very clean so we was very surpriced when we found a small bug living in the wall by the window at the breakfast. Otherwise it was a hreat stay. Restaurant in the hotel had so good food. Overall a fantastic stay. If i come back i will book this hotel and hope i get a toom with view over the bay. We had view over half the bay now.

Had a great 2 nights as part of a longer travel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The guy up at the pool bar makes wicked cocktails. Breakfast was ok. Quite noisy in the rooms and some guests smoke in the rooms, so a strong smell of tobacco as soon as we stepped out our room.

We totally loved the Paradise Hotel. The staff were all so friendly and took such an interest in what we'd done each day. The rooftop bar was breathtaking. We could sit there all evening watching the town below and all around. A special thanks to Hun and all the bar staff. We also used the spa for a facial and massage which was so relaxing. We also enjoyed the charming afternoon tea every day. Thank you to Paradise Hotel for giving us such a relaxing and hospitable time in Cat Ba Island.

The hotel has greatly exceeded our expectations. The attention of all the staff is excellent, especially Ms. Quynh and Mr. Duong, they are two wonderful people and great professionals who have made our stay at a higher level. We perceived that the staff is a true team of "facilitators" focused on making our stay as rewarding as possible. Sincerely, thank you very much for everything, because there are things that can not be paid for with money. The location of the hotel is perfect, just 100 meters from Dong Ho Bay. The facilities are very nice and clean and the breakfast has a very wide, rich and varied offering.
