"Very loud. Heard people above and next to us make lots of noise. Thin walls. Could clearly hear conversations in the hall. Water pressure was great and hot water!"

Lady at breakfast who never stops moving to keep everything maintained to housekeeping staff. Great location. Metro is just a few minutes away walking. My only complaint was the doors do not prevent any noise from the hallway or vice versa from the rooms to the hallway. Sound travels freely. Fortunately there are only a few rooms per floor. "

"There was no air conditioning. The host was great to respond up until we checked in - and then quit responding. I reported the lack of air conditioning and the heat and stuffiness of the room numerous times. We opened the window for some relief, but the neighbor was frequently smoking on the adjacent balcony and I am allergic to cigarette smoke so I had to shut the window most evenings. "
