Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
DO NOT book this!! Terrible accommodation. The only light and air comes from leaving the metal doors open and fly screen closed, which didn’t feel safe to do. The one small window in the bathroom opened into someone’s garage! It advertised a full breakfast, which was a few cakes in a basket. Hot tub mentioned - you had to pay extra for, but that was not mentioned I. The advertising. We lasted enough time to book another place and left! When i complained it smelt and was dirty I was told it wasn’t true and I hadn’t booked a hotel!! This was a very expensive mistake on our part. Glad to say the apartment we booked to replace this was a fraction of the price, immaculately clean with a perfect host, and after the false start we had a lovely time in Catania
